The project consisted of a major interior renovation on three levels of the west side office areas within the existing Thermo King corporate headquarters building. In addition to the new office interior design, the project included an expanded mechanical penthouse for new HVAC equipment with updated HVAC distribution, snow drift houses and structural reinforcement of miscellaneous roof areas.
