This project consisted of demolishing portions of the existing office facility that had been constructed in five phases over the past 80 years and the addition of a new, up-to-date, corporate office facility that would fit into the existing fabric and environment of the Rahr campus. Work included additions to the existing Bierstube, new open workstations, private offices, restrooms, breakroom, conference and collaboration areas, and new reception area.
