When Pizza Studio moved into a newly demised lease space on the third floor of Mall of America, KOMA assisted Pizza Studio and their corporate architect – Gary Wang & Associates – in adapting their corporate standard to Minnesota building codes and Mall of America tenant criteria. KOMA also provided construction administration services as a local representative of the client.
