Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota rolled out a new business model providing a retail space for members and non-members alike to receive information, educational classes and fitness and yoga classes. The existing lease space was transformed into a welcoming retail area with a design that is reflective of a contemporary living room rather than a clinic.
