KOMA designed the permanent park building that acts as a beacon to the re-developed athletic fields and creates the main entrance to the seasonal sports dome for the Sanneh Foundation. The 3,500sf building provides the newly constructed turf fields with restroom and locker room facilities, community rooms, and a concession desk accessed from both inside and outside. KOMA’s structural engineers designed the foundation systems for the dome. The building incorporated sustainable design strategies following the MN B3 guidelines for small buildings.
