The project includes an 8,800-square-foot enclosed building along with a 1,500-square-foot covered area for residential drop-offs, designed to efficiently handle solid waste and recyclables. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building, equipped with clerestory panels that bring in natural daylight, improving visibility inside and cutting down on lighting needs.
