By the Yard Inc. is the premier manufacturer of maintenance-free outdoor patio furniture and accessories from recycled plastic milk jugs. In 2014 the company opened a new showroom and fabrication warehouse to relocate their expanding operations. To meet their specific needs the new space was a combination of a metal building and a traditional steel stud frame building.
