Bühler, a global leader in technologies and services for food production, wanted to create a facility to be used by the company to support start-ups, industry partners and its customers for creating sustainable food value chains that are economically viable in North America. The project consisted of an addition to accommodate a 2-story manufacturing space with a 3rd level mezzanine and a 1 story warehouse. The addition allows Bühler to bring clients through a fully functioning food production space and is designed to highlight their full range of equipment and technologies, viewed from both from the inside and the outside.
