AERC needed to expand emergency services from their main facility in Oakdale to a satellite location. The facility includes five exam rooms, a large ICU and treatment area, a separate imaging room, surgery suites, and isolation wards. The building is designed to complement the mix of single family residential and commercial buildings within the West Seventh neighborhood.
