December 6, 2017 – Inver Grove Heights, MINN – As of today, Krech, O’Brien, Mueller & Associates, will now be known as KOMA. Along with the abbreviated name, the firm is also launching a new visual identity and logo.
“At KOMA we believe in bringing fresh ideas and unique insights to each and every project,” says Steve Iaria, “The firm has been experiencing accelerated growth over the last several years and with the original founders transitioning the leadership of the firm to our current management team, this seemed like the right time to refresh our brand and name.”
Now a 23-member team, KOMA has not only grown its staff, but also continues to take on larger projects and in new industries. Some of KOMA’s notable projects of 2016 and 2017 include Lino Lakes Elementary School, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Parkview Event Center, Flyover America at MOA, and Rahr Pilot Brewery and Tech Center.
The firm was founded in 1985 with a goal to serve clients in a wide variety of industries. In 2006 principals Jim Krech, Dan O’Brien and Brady Mueller began a strategic, carefully executed 10-year ownership transition, which is now complete. Longtime employees Marc DuBois, Mike Lisowski, Steve Iaria, Brian Riley and Matt Van Hoof comprise the current management team. Through the evolution and growth KOMA continues to keep true to its founding values and remains committed to serving its clients and building trusted relationships.
