HENNEPIN COUNTY, MN
Enhancements to Augsburg Park Library included both interior and exterior upgrades to support long-term facility integrity and align with the 2022 strategic plan. Improvements addressed critical infrastructure and preservation needs while enhancing overall user experience. Inside, updated finishes and furnishings refreshed the space, failing exterior windows were replaced, and restrooms were renovated to meet ADA standards. Outside, the parking lot and walkways were reconfigured for ADA compliance, stormwater management systems were improved, and new landscaping was installed in accordance with Hennepin County’s sustainable landscaping guidelines.
