Merchants Bank purchased a new building and with the help of KOMA and Elder Jones remodeled the tenant space. The remodel included recladding of the entire one-story, multi-tenant building, the addition of a drive-thru teller and ATM. The interior was transformed from a 1970’s design into a modern, open and bright design with 2 teller stations, 4 floor to ceiling glass offices, a conference room, waiting area, and break-room.
