This project entailed a 2,000 square foot addition to provide two more repair and service bays as well as interior renovations to the existing customer service areas. The addition required a higher roof than the existing to allow for larger vehicle repairs. With the increased height, the new service bays benefited from clerestory windows to flood the space with natural light. The exterior cladding on the addition is comprised of EIFS and has a similar panelized appearance to the existing building’s metal panels. Other components of the project included new paving, relocated accessible parking stalls, and a new trash enclosure.
